in your `server.cfg` add `eventschedulewipeoffset.event_hours_before_wipe 0` to prevent the event from starting

It would be limitations of the game, you could only do it with a plugin if they are spawnable entities, but as yours are custom prefabs they will need to be added to your map using RustEdit

Yes but which version of RaidableBases do you have?
Free version (umod) - Only supports one difficulty (Normal)
Premium version - Supports 5 levels of difficulties (easy, medium , hard ect)
The T3 package only includes pre-made bases, loot tables, configs & profiles for each difficulty . Core plugin is sold separately.
