Thanks for reporting the issues you found, the floating NPCs are new this hasn't happened before. I have added a water culling volume over the monument so hopefully this should prevent the dead bodies from thinking they are in water.
The invisible door blockages have been a known problem for a while with custom maps as far a I can see, I don't know if there is a plug-in that fixes this, the only "fix" I see is deleting your .sav file and restarting your server.
I am aware of the NPCs shooting you through the tents at Radiation Research Camp, it's silly that they can see you through the tents this is why they are all outside, maybe I could reduce the NPCs to 3 if its too much for people.
As for the ecav problem, when making the map I was not aware rotating the excavator would be a problem until after underground tunnels were put in so I've been hesitant to fix it all since a plug-in fixing it already existed, but you will be happy to hear I have fixed the orientation of the monument so a plug-in is no longer necessary. The blueprints how every I don't know if there is a plug-in to fix this issue, it greatly annoys me that they are like this hopefully this gets fixed at some point, until then they are first come first serve at the start of wipe I'm afraid.
