    hello, this might be a dumb questions but one of the questions i had was about the tiers for sale, i saw somewhere in the questions that tier 3 inherits all the lower tiers, but then saw later on in the questions that that is NOT the case and that they all have different bases now? if i want all the bases, do i need to buy the normal plugin and then 1, 2, AND 3, or just the plugin and 3?
