So I wasn't mistaken and placed them correctly. But it still doesn't work; they're not where they should be, like in the video. I installed all the required plugins, but it didn't work.

Where should I place the BetterNPC FOLDER? Bots aren't spawning, the map is empty except for the places the game intends them to be.
