Hello. Alpha always saves strangely. Perhaps the cutout for the entrance just moved to the side. Sometimes it helps to move the prefab to align it with the input. Also, you often have to click on alpha many times for it to be displayed correctly. I'm fixing it.

Your entrances alpha to below, on the build one, they're missing. I think you should have a play with them you'll see what I mean, I had to do some editing last 5 mins to make the entrances work
