unsure what solved it but after switching from Oxide to Carbon issues are fixed.

Still not working unfortunately I've done all the steps... i have the newest versions of everything and the map...

I've tried te Rust.io reset but now every floor has an elevator and causes server crash if tried to be used after. i did make sure RustEdit up to date and i tried wiping after to no affect.

Sometimes will flee with 1 shot taken or sit in one area for 2 mins when no one has tagged it nor did heli spot someone please look into it.
