    i cant seem to get permission working for myself. i am owner id on the server and am trying "OwnCasinoPremium.use XXXsteam64idXXX and OwnCasinoPremium.scrapboxuse XXXsteam64idXXX" in the admin console but i still cannot spawn myself the scrapbox
