when i place /perms in the chat don't open anything i have the plugin install and loaded also I'm the owner traying to use this command "oxide.grant user (steam ID) PermissionsManager.allowed" but it's said Permission 'PermissionsManager.allowed' doesn't exist

on the app show server offline but in the actual game can join the game via IP but not showing in game list
