I don't think I'm using the free version, I have a download for the paid version from this site that I pulled a new copy from not an hour ago.

After today's update only Normal bases will spawn on my server, I re-installed following the directions for unloading, removing, installing and reloading the plugin several times but only normal will spawn. I do see that the other base tiers get loaded.
