Issue with Plugin Gift Purchase

I wanted to purchase a plugin as a gift for my friend. I completed the checkout process, but for some reason, the gift was not delivered to my friend. Instead, the plugin was added to my own account.

 

Is it possible to fix this issue and transfer the plugin to my friend?
