Rust Server Development Request

Hello,

I am currently running a Rust server (X2) with a base configuration.
My goal is to transform it into a high-quality X3 server with the right balance of plugins, events, and optimized settings.

I am not a high-level Rust player myself, but I have a clear vision of the type of server I want to build. However, since I’m not fully aware of all plugin possibilities and advanced configurations, I’m looking for an experienced Rust developer to help elevate the project.

- Project Goal

• Convert current X2 server into a well-balanced X3
• Implement the right plugins (QoL, events, PvP, economy if needed)
• Optimize loot tables and progression
• Improve overall server experience
• Maintain performance and stability
• Keep it competitive but not pay-to-win

- What I’m Looking For

I want someone who can:

• Analyze my current setup
• Recommend and install the best plugins
• Configure loot tables properly
• Suggest and implement engaging events
• Optimize server balance and pacing
• Help replicate the “feel” of successful X3 servers

I have some server names in mind that I like, but I don’t fully know everything they offer. I would like guidance in identifying what makes them successful and implementing similar systems (without copying).
