Custom Safezone Prefabs

I am looking for two custom safezone prefabs. The features I'm looking for in each prefab can be found below. If this is something you think you can do send me a private message, reply here, or reach out to me on discord. My discord name is f_r_e_e_z_e_r. 

Prefab #1:

• Resort themed safezone (Combine Bandit, Outpost and Stables) 
• Make it look like a true resort (indoor/outdoor pools, gambling areas, bar, couches, etc)
• Include an Airwolf vendor 
• Add recyclers, research tables, repair benches, and tier one workbenches 
• Add some rooms with building privilege that players can rent. Include balconies on the rooms. 
• Need the prefab to be placeable in Grass, Jungle, and Desert biomes. 

Prefab #2:

• Ski lodge/resort themed safezone (Combine Bandit, Outpost, and Stables)
• Make it look like a true ski lodge (indoor spas, gambling areas, bar, couches, etc)
• Include an Airwolf vendor 
• Add recyclers, research tables, repair benches, and tier one workbenches
• Add some rooms with building privilege that players can rent. Include balconies on the rooms. 
• Need the prefab to be placeable in Snow biomes.
