Rustedit Training Course

I am looking for someone who can teach me everything I need to know about Rustedit. I've looked through all the existing guides and there's just still some things I don't quite understand. I've included a list of things that I need to know how to do within Rustedit. If you think it might even be easier to create and sell me a video showing how to do all of these things I would be happy with that as well. Here are the things I need shown how to do:

Terrain Issues - I need shown the best way to fix a terrain after removing a prefab. For example, fixing the terrain after removing bandit camp so that the terrain looks natural.

Islands - I need shown how to create islands for raidable bases to spawn on. Just a simple round island big enough to fit raidable bases. 

Ferry Terminal Update - I have some old maps and would like to be able to update them with the Ferry Terminal monument. I'm struggling with the tunnel linking aspect, wondering if the rock pile that blocks the door to the tunnels can be removed.

Above Ground Trains Update - I have some old maps and would like to be able to add some above ground trains to.

World 2 Update (New Rocks and Cliffs) I have some old maps and would like to be able to make them World 2 Compatible. 

Jungle Update - I have some old maps and would like to make them compatible with the Jungle update. 

Resizing Existing Maps - If possible I'm wondering if it's possible to resize a map without ruining it. Basically extending a 3500-3900 to 4K or even a 4K map to a 5K.
