Graffiti/Spray Log System with Discord webhook function

Hey,
I'm looking for someone to write a plugin to log the graffiti. doesn't have to be anything special, but would be great if a discord webhook function is available. Very simple data should also be visible like:

- Player name
- SteamID
- position
- Finished picture/graffiti
- owner of the wall (if possible)

If possible it would be great to delete the graffiti from the discord or punish the user. Unfortunately, you can paint nasty things with it and would like to counteract this.

As an example, I leave a picture of the plugin "Discord Sign Logger" there as it could look in something.
