Scum like mods /prfab

Id like to see if anyone can create a prefab based on Scum's kill box and possibly a mod that would monitor sound when walking and if you get to loud you can spawn hordes of zombies that will attack you. maybe down the road another plugin that would introduce dirtyness to cloths requiring them to be washed otherwise you can get infections that will kill over time. let me know cost for each or all ty.
