NPC Tugboat Driver with Waypoints and Stops? 🚤

Hey,

I’m looking for a plugin that lets NPCs drive tugboats along custom waypoints, with the ability to:

1. Stop at specific waypoints for a set time.

2. Allow players as passengers while the NPC remains the driver.

3. Ensure smooth movement between waypoints.

Does anything like this exist, or could it be created?
