Need a plugin for my next map

I want a random spot on the map to spawn infected zombies. If a player comes into contact with an infected Zombie they become infected also. The disease will be transmissible between players. It will affect players by reducing health at a greater rate until dead. Players can be cured using the strongest health potion. Infected people will show up on a HUD map.
