Request for conceptually simple plugin

Hello
I would like (to pay for) a plugin that allows me to create a custom command via config file that runs console commands with a customizable interval between them
Example usage 1: a command that changes crate timers for active crates, then resets to the original value. 
Example usage 2: a command that reveals tc's (via tc map markers) and then removes them after so many seconds
