Island Prefab

Hello all,

I am looking to have an island prefab created for my community. I am looking for something I can just drop onto any map and only have to apply terrain/height/topology modifiers. This is a rough example of what I am looking for. Obviously I wouldn't want my island to be an exact copy of this, just something around this size (maybe a couple grid larger) that's round and actually looks like it goes with any map. I need the island to be able to fit the footprint below (using copy/paste plugin) and have additional space for players to build their own shops (Each player shop is limited to 25-30 foundations, a mix of both triangles and squares) 

 

This is the footprint for my server hub. I need the middle of the island to be flat enough to paste this with the copy paste plugin while having enough space for players to be able to build their shops around it. 

 

This is just a general idea of how I want the topologies on the island. 

Red = The center of the island where the hub and space for player shops will be placed. I need this part of the island to be favorable for builders so no rocks, trees, nodes, etc and I need this area as flat as possible. 

Gray = These spots are for rock formations to help design the island. 

Green  =These spots are for trees/nodes. While I would like all trees/nodes on the edges of the island, I don't want them so close to the edge that they will spawn underwater when the island is placed. 

Lastly, please make sure that any topologies that will spawn barrels, junkpiles, water junkpiles, etc are removed. I don't want any barrels or loot containers to spawn on the island. Trees, nodes, and animals are fine. Also, I would like the main island biome to be arid, so please make sure that all of the trees are palm trees.
