Custom Info Panel

Hello, 

I am looking to pay for a customized version of the free Info Panel plugin. For my configuration, I would like my Info Panel to be similar to the screenshot below/attached. Basically I want everything to be on the bottom left of my screen and still make sure it's not interfering with rust's integrated team system (Basically don't want icons overlapping names of players in teams) 

Additionally, since I plan to run no radiation on my server, I would like the Radiation panel removed and I would also like to use the following RP logo instead of what is used by default in the plugin: https://postimg.cc/QKCf0wQt

Honestly, I feel like running the panel in the botton left would be a little odd.
You'd have to put it really close to the player's hotbar or randomly float it on the left side.
