Custom Build Needed

Hello all, 

I am looking to pay for a Server Hub/Town build that I can use with the copypaste plugin to place on my server. I would like it to look roleplayerish and be designed with nice lighting throughout and various RP items for decoration. I need the build to include the following: 

• Inner area with room for player spawns and signs for server info/rules
• 4 smelting rooms. Basically 2 rooms that can fit a Large Furnace and 2 rooms that can fit an oil Refinery. I'm looking for a button/pressure pad system that will prevent other players from going inside when a room is occupied and also that will force players to press a button on the wall to leave the room. 
• A chill/roleplay area with couches, poker tables, slot machines, etc.
• Room for all three workbenches, a repair bench, and a recycler
• Room to place vending machines. I am looking to have space for about 4 vending machines which will contain vending from Bandit/Outpost. 
• A space to place 6 portals (Portals plugin from Umod)
• As stated above, would like the entire build decorated. Things like couches, lights, rugs, fireplaces, etc. Keep in mind on the build as well that my server is going to be largely catered to roleplayers.

Would like to keep the size less than a grid, my goal is to also allow players to build their own shops around it.
