Disable chinook dropping crates at monuments or NPCs guard drop crate.

Is there a way to disable chinook dropping crates at monuments? I don't mean like Oil Rigs, just the random dropped crate usually that gets dropped at train yard and power plant etc. Or is it possible to have a plugin that spawns NPCs to protect the land drop crate only without effecting other vanilla NPCs on the map?

There are definitely ways to implement it the way you want. You might consider using the Better Chinook Patrol plugin in conjunction with Better NPC.
