HP increasing

Could someone make a plugin which will let you to do the following:
1)By default you start with 100 hp
2)More time you play (for example - you haven't died for 1 hour , and you got +1 extra hp , so now you are 101 hp and so on.)
3)When you die , you go back to standard hp = 100 hp.
