Animals cannot be dmg-ed despite True and other

Hello there,

Love the plugin ,finally a simple UI and a simple working plugin to do my PVE needs.

One problem tho ive been having these days: players cant damage animals

Even when the command is turned on ,,Player can hurt animal - True'' it still pops the message

that PVE Server - damage blocked. Can you double check and see if that happens can you fix it or if you know why I

am getting that issue? 

Also, the samsites at launch do no damage to players or their parachutes making it possible for them to just parachute to the top, this happens with the settings for npc sams set to both true and false.
