I have had problems with all native vending machines, work benches, research tables, BBQ's, Water Catchers and recyclers being removed since the 9/5 updates.  Yesterday I deleted all files on my server and reinstalled Rust.  Everything was normal.  I then ONLY loaded EarlyQ and it did it again.  I had no other plugins or harmony mods on and am running Oxide.  I then reinstalled the server again and loaded up all other mods and plugins with no issues.  As soon as I loaded in EarlyQ it wiped all the native deployables again.

Sorry for the late reply, i usually respond way faster on discord.

As for your problem, i will need a lot more info on it to even consider it a bug, the problem you are experiencing seems to be related to either a save file or some entity management system/thing, earlyq is in no way related to entities or files.

If you can record a vid or come up with reproduction steps, i can investigate it, but currently i have too little info to go on finding the problem

Also you say that its happening when only EarlyQ is present, can you please make sure to download a fresh installation of the server (dont move any files from the old server to the new one) and install fresh oxide (make sure its not a cached download file, download it again). Then you can confirm if the issue is with EarlyQ or not

And what version of earlyq are you running? (You can see it in the details tab when you go to properties on Windows)
