Twig items are not decaying.

I have it set to: "twig": 1.0,  and any twig item is not decaying. Foundations, Walls and such. Below is my "NoDecay.json".

I fixed the issue.

It seems that somehow the server was set to " decay.scale 0 " which totally disables ALL decay. I did not change this because I was using this plugin and it has worked great. However, as of after the last two RUST updates it stopped working. Again it was because Decay somehow switched it self to 0. I reset it to " decay.scale 1 " and now all twig structures are decaying like I wanted them to.

I hope this info helps anyone who ends up having this issue. Make sure you check your servers decay rate setting by typing in console " decay.scale " to see what your servers decay is set to. If it says " decay.scale 0 ", make sure you change it to " decay.scale 1 ".
