which controls the /sethome and teleport to home

Hi, in my admin I have as follows: admin, bandit, outpost, premium, town, tp, tpb, tpothers, ptr, tunnel, use.

Which one of those controls the /sethome and being able to teleport to home?  I want to give default limited acess with cooldown, but I don't know which features should be activated for them. Currently only giving outpost, tpb and tpr.  What is teleportication use? is that the one or is that one for full access?

Not sure on the version, I think its the lastest. We havent had it for long
