I'm in the middle of doing some server migration stuff, but I will get to this tonight. I'm thinking that its due to your setting the "Vote rewards cumulative (true / false)" to true. Try setting it to false. This should fix the issue. Theres no reason to set "Vote rewards cumulative (true / false)" to true unless you have more then just the "every reward".

I can't replicate this issue that you're having. Please enable Debug mode, and then DM me your log file please. I need to see where you're getting double rewards.
