Heli does no damage?

Hi @RFC1920,

 

I'm having an issue on my server where helis do not damage the player's base if there's a TC in place. I'm looking through the config and not seeing what might be causing this. Any idea?

NoDecay doesn't take any action if the majority damage type is not decay, so I don't expect it to have any impact on that.

I was able to fix this by resetting the config file. Sorry for the lack of response.
