SQL error - Index out of range

After setting up the SQL database, and seeing the structure of the data base is in place, I get this error when reloading the plugin:

Tried to load a fresh install, fresh data file, getting this after immediately migrating to sql:

Or I already fixed it, in the configuration file the password goes without quotes, and in "table", nothing is put:
