... how it works like follow a Player:

 

i write /fd TestUser, it works. its spawn a drone in front of this playerr but this is all ! how the drones fly and follow the player ?

... it spawns drones, but the drones falls to the ground and do nothing. i dont understand this plugin

Are you using a computer station to control it?  That is the only way at this point.
