Is this the same plugin as UltimateCases - it shows it is down in the bottom right but the interface here for the UI looks completely different 
How do we go about changing the settings to do this ? Is this allowed ?

Hey! So thats not our UI. The stock Ultimate Cases menu shows cases as a grid of cards with the case artwork and a small price badge, not a row list with columns like that. Also the version in the corner says v3.3.0 and our latest is 1.0.34, so whoever posted that is running a heavily modified copy or a different plugin with a similar name. Theres no config setting that turns the menu into that layout.
