Skins loading

Got skin controller to work , BUT skins load super slow first time,  how to fix this?
An some skins now workign after selecting. 
 

Skins are all client side, with the new FP TOS, all the skins are going to be new to the wipe, and you will need the clients to re-cache each one. This is done automatically when first seen.

Question I just saw on STR Bull that Facepunch is getting anal, an what I want to know is, all the skins in steam work shop? or will I lose them all now ,

ALSO can I add skins from steam shop, an how do I do this?  

you are allowed to use any workshop item that is not approved for the game. you find the item in the steam workshop you want to add and look at the url

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3622088478 copy the id at the end and in game use the /addskin 3622088478 command to add it to the game

You can do the same with collections using /addcollection 2493237181 for the collection at  https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2493237181

Thanks, wanted to make sure we could still use skin controller after Face punch changed TOS .  I do not sell them in VIP packages, I just let players use them for free.
