some skills not working, most are.

 

Eg:

 

the no damage to mounted vehicle is not working.

bonus on wild collectables are not working. 

1 hit barrel destroy not working.

tested with only skilltree plugin loaded.

tested with defaut json config

Updated Server again

Turned off Gather Manager  from inside Carcbon Controil Panel seems to have resolved it.

Yeah Gather Manager in Carbon messes with all of my yield based plugins.

it was also really strange it was impacting the damage to mounted vehicles eg. mini as well.
