NPC's

Is there any npc data that can be adjusted for your custom monuments? Like BetterNPC type data? I would like to remove a few NPC's or at least tune them down. Alot of my player base are pve and fairly new to rust...lol...they are complaining about the shear numbers of npc's. I dont have any experience with rustedit but i suppose now is a good time to learn. However it would be very convenient to have plugin data to customize.
