plugin issues

Hi 

I found a few issues that I would like to bring to your attention.

1. i have PVP zones on the map but players still can't kill each other in these zones.

2. since your last update the abandoned bases don't seem to work anymore you can now raid the player but not loot anything.

3. when players register there Mini for example others can still steel the loot, 

if the issues are config related please guide me as to how to fix these issues, please.

Hello. Which plugin creates these PvP zones?

Are you sure that other players can loot other player's minis? Did they definitely register them? Because I tested it both locally and on a live server, and I can't loot other players registered vehicles unless I enable admin looting for myself.
