[Feature Request] Combat Perk - Reload Speed

If possible, adding a perk under the combat tab that allows for faster reloading would be awesome so I don't have to utilize another mod to do this. This something you think you could add?

From my understanding, either they have instant reload, or normal reload.

Link me to a plugin that handles it differently if that is not the case though.

I have found one for instant reload. There is another one called TurboWeapons (I think) but not sure if it also does the fast reloading. 

As far as what you could do, I'd be completely fine with the instant reload as maybe a secondary ultimate. 

I appreciate you and your work. Your plugins are awesome so even if it's not possible, I still appreciate you looking into it. 

EDIT: Here is the one I was talking about that has fast reload.
