Update to support Multi Commands

Can you update the plugin to support commands?
As of now its displaying constantly but should be a command to enable to bar and another command to hide the bar.  

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Hello. In the next update, the ability to individually toggle display settings will be added, as well as individually toggle the ignoring of display zones.
For example, if the display is enabled only in safe zones, the player will be able to override this personally and have it displayed at all times.
