Those are client-side issues, nothing we can do other than report them to FP (although they receive all of those red-texts with their analytics)

still under the sphere where the 2 stairs look at each other - raise the floor a little. so the player gets stuck.
under the sphere, the passage near the quarry - behind the crystal, increase the ice to 3 and raise it - the ice will kill the player.
on square b2 in the green cave, it kills the player and they fall under the map
