Suggestion: Add a setting for Crafting Speed (e.g. x2, x3)

Hey!

I know this plugin doesn't directly handle the crafting system, but since it already manages loot tables, recycler output, furnaces, and stack sizes, I think it would make sense to include an optional crafting speed setting as well.

For example, on x2 or x3 servers, it would be really useful to reduce crafting time accordingly — like a 0.5x multiplier so players don’t have to wait as long when crafting, keeping everything balanced across loot, smelting, and crafting.

Could be a simple config option like:

"craftingSpeedMultiplier": 0.5

This plugin is primarily a loot plugin and for that reason there will be no crafting speed setting.
