how to set 0(or not open box)&other slot count perms?

my config

No slots in any perms!

What permission have you assigned? Show me a screenshot of your permission setup.

Data structure is cached.

When it loads the items into a container, it removes them from data, until the container is removed. This is to stop writing loads of data to the json without reason. Unload the plugin and it should appear.
