Hello, I think your error is due to a write permission on your hosting. Adding hooks to the HUDPanel.cs plugin requires write permission.

you need to change the plugin's permissions so that it modifies itself and adds hooks outside the HUDPanel.cs plugin (the hook allows you to view the status of other plugins such as Sputnik/Convoy). Without it, you won't get any icon status changes

on some hostings, it blocks writing, only reading, which is quite rare
