Blocked by Work Cart

Hey just trying the plugin for the 1st time, using a custom made map with no building block on rails.

However I seem to be getting blocked by the workcart itself?

Am yet to fully restart the server since implementing the plugin so hoping that could be the culprit. Just waiting for less players to be on

Hmm I never encountered this so maybe its something new rust has added. Or possibly due to another plugin you have.

Is this something that happens EVERY time on the workcarts, or only sometimes?

Everytime, happens on all the train carts, empty flat ones included. Will test again in a couple hours after my scheduled restart,hoping its just because the server hasnt restarted at all since putting the plugin in.

I can use UberTool to override and place on them though but yeah would be good to have  it usable  by regular players  haha

still no luck after restart, was this caused by the train tracks being marked as building topology? I had cleared roads and rail road topology but missed building toplogy 

no this seems to be something rust has implemented through an update, they never used to have a check for vehicles, not trains anyways. I am out of town until 4/10, once I get back I can post a patch. I apologize for any inconvenience

Can confirm this is also happening on my server. Never had an issue with it prior.

rust has added a collider check to vehicles, I am having to find a creative workaround to this issue. an update should be released soon

I have made significant progress with the update, if all goes well you should see an update within the next 24-48 hours.

providing an update, I have a version that mostly works at the moment, however there are some bugs causing RPC errors (kicking players) so its not ready for release yet. I'm having to re-reverse engineer how building works so it might be a couple more days until I can get an update out

This new update will be coming with some new features too so it'll be worth the wait I promise!

providing an update, progress is going well and ive got most all the RPC error taken care of! Im super excited for this new update and I know yall will love it! 

this new update will allow you to build virtually anywhere on the train. In the tunnels, in train yard, etc. Of course you cant actually build within the monument.
