Since downloading the latest version of the plugin, I've noticed that entities are floating. I had positioned them at the Oxum Gas Station and the supermarket, but after updating, everything has gone terribly wrong. Please help!

This has nothing to do with ATM plugin as it's does not mess with spawns or positions of any entities. It's simply turning already spawned vending machines into ATMs. I believe you using MonumentAddons for spawning but I would not even say that is causing the issue since you have other entities floating there, those should be natively spawned at gas station.
