Armor Buffs Not Applying

Hi, I have an issue.  Armor Buffs are not applying to the character.   They appear listed on the piece of armor in the GUI, but they do not add up on the combined stats portion.

If I equip a weapon that is enhanced and I activate it, the weapons buffs do apply to my character and apply in the combined stats portion. 

To confirm this wasn't just a visual bug. I've tested this with sated.  When I eat food with sated on armor, it does nothing, when I eat food with sated on a hammer and activated I get increases calories. 

I also can't get the GUI icon to show, but I'm assuming it's a different issue. 

Can you please give me a hand?

Sounds like you don't have permissions set for the plugin. Ensure you have itemperks.use allocated to the relevant group.

Hi,  thanks for the reply. Im sure I do, but I'll check shortly and let you know. I'll post a pic of my perms. 

@imthenewguyYou are 100% right.  I'm embaressed to say that was the issue.  I use Permissions Manager and the use permission is the singular permission on the second page. I didn't notice the second page.
