server stab and heli flee

is there a way to get a button for stability disable or something in that line and the heli flee when attacking and going to monument to crash disabling please, i tried doing it in the bat file but soon as i start the server up again with server tool it deletes my lines i added to the bat file.

You can simply write the commands to the console and then save them.

i used these and finished with writecfg, 

patrolhelicopterai.monument_crash Flase

patrolhelicopterai.use_danger_zones Flase

and now restarting. will check if that works TY Again
