I bought the add-on because it worked in the game, but after purchasing it, I learned that it did not work in the game. I sent you a message yesterday but still haven't received a response regarding the refund.

After considering your request, I’m sorry, but we cannot issue a refund in this situation. The product was downloaded and installed based on the initial support request for a database error. We’ve made it clear on the product page that the leaderboard is web-based, not an in-game feature, as per your reason for return. Due to these reasons and our digital product policy, I’m not able to provide a refund.

However, I am still willing to offer you beta access to the UI plugin we are working on, and future access at its full release. This still requires Extended Stats to be installed on a webserver and will bring the leaderboard features right into the game as it seems you were wanting, and your feedback would be super helpful as we develop it.
