Code Locks! What are the codes?

I bought the plugin and own the tier 1 set of bases! I wanted to find out the code to the code locks since I am the admin and wanted to offer the incentive of players to get to keep the garage door skins, chests, etc! If this is manually set in the code, please let me know how to change it! If it is randomly generated, how can we change that to be manual and add a preset code?

Any help is appreciated! Best $45 on plugins so far!  (Note: I own Raidable Bases Tier 1 Package by nivex)

heya, codes are generated randomly and cannot use specific codes. if the player knows the code then they can simply unlock it and avoid having to raid the base with explosives except to kill traps and turrets.

codes for each lock are random in the copypaste file. you can edit the copypaste files in notepad and look for "code" then change to it to whatever you like. disable Use Random Codes On Code Locks in the config if you do this.

you could also add additional items to be automatically skinned or manually skinned to your loot tables so they spawn in the boxes.

Thank you for the quick reply! I got a few friends who enjoy PVE only and we run a server for just us, so we are gonna only use the codes to get the random skins for collecting or use. I was able to see the notepad edits, one base was not able to find a "Code" portion in the notepad.

When it comes to disabling the Use Random Codes, I tried to find that (I use carbon) in the CP in game, but on the 35 pages no luck. I ran a few commands in F1 and could not seem to land on the right one. Any quick thought on where it would be found at to save some time or the exact command? Thanks again for the help! Happy Holidays!

Sidebar: Outside of editing the loot tables, is there an easy way to enable/disable forcing the npc's to drop their whole kit without editing the whole loot table?

hi, I don't use any in-game editing or viewing tool. edit the files from your hosts web panel if you can't find it using the tools provided by carbon.

Use Random Codes On Code Locks is in the config, around line 262, in carbon/configs/RaidableBases.json

npcs have multiple items they can drop in the profiles, with each setting in the profiles, carbon/data/RaidableBases/Profiles

  1. Spawn Kit In Corpses Inventory  will spawn the kit they're wearing if spawned with the Kits plugin using Scientist Kits / Murderer Kits
  2. Spawn Loadout In Corpses Inventory will spawn the loadout they're wearing if you configure Murderer Loadout / Scientist Loadout instead
  3. items spawned by the game use the heavy scientist loot since all RB npcs are heavy scientists. you can change this with Spawn Alternate Default Scientist Loot
  4. Scientist Items Dropped On Death / Murderer Items Dropped On Death is what they spawn when they die.

i'm off for now. I will be back tonight.

edit the files using FTP or your hosts web panel, and search for each option instead of scrolling through them all trying to find it. there are too many options to be scrolling through them all 😛

Worked perfect! Was able to find the Code Lock on ~262 and fixed! Thank you kindly!

So would I have to alter the kit based on the profile to match what is on the Kits plugin? Or would adding that and enabling "Spawn kit in corpses inventory" work cohesively with the Raidable Base plugin and just drop them on the spot? Sorry for all the questions, I am VERY novice at all this. I will make another thread after this is all done so that there questions are no re asked and have the answers right there!

np. yes, just put your kit name in the Scientist Kits / Murderer Kits section.
