Error spam froze the server

The plugin created insane spam of the following error and froze the server twice in a row. I'm not sure what caused this. Is there anything that can be done to identify the problem? There were no changes in the config on our side since the forced wipe, and it started happening only today. The full error spam is in the attachment.

Looks like some kind of plugin conflict issue with specific custom items, would have to see list of installed plugins.
