panel bug

welcome panel is bugging when loading in to my server, it goes like this, and after 2-3 seconds it will show everything. It used to be a smooth transition but something seems to be wrong, can you help?

you can see the delay when clicking this, i changed the fade timers etc but just doesn't seem to be working as intended.

Hey, it seems like you background image is not stored in ImageLibrary, so it's loading directly from the url hence the delay. 
When you reload welcome panel, do you get any ImageLibrary error? it might show up couple seconds after you reload the plugin.

I don't think that's possible, WelcomePanel is already doing that for you but your image is too big, file size 4mb and resolution is like 6000x3400px which is unnecessary, downscale it to 1080p and you won't have this issue.
